I'm back for a bit before my next adventure so I figured I'd post a food-related faves in the midst of my sub-par travel eating habits. Not to mention it's quickly becoming soup season which I am soup-er psyched on (had to)! The Cupcake Mint
Thanks to the miracle of Facebook, I found out sometime last year that a high school classmate of mine had become a bit of an Etsy sensation. She's the baking force behind The Cupcake Mint, an all-vegan, all-delicious online bakery specializing in sending you cupcakes. She's also a photographer which makes her treats all the more tempting.
I have to stop myself from ordering on a weekly basis. Personal faves: Oatmeal Raisin Spice Cookie Cream Sandwiches and Lemon Poppy Seed Jumbo Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting. Seriously, order, just do it already.
